The app may link to our website or an external shop (currently adhwellnesscenter.com or a successor site). Anything you do on those external sites — including browsing or purchasing physical products — is governed by that site's own privacy policy and terms, not this one.
Some information you may enter (such as dietary goals or whether you are diabetic) can relate to your health. Because this information is stored only on your device / your iCloud and is never collected, received, sold, or shared by us, we do not process "consumer health data" on our servers. This no-collection design is how we address laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's health-data law, and similar rules. If in the future we ever collect health-related data, we will update this policy and obtain any consent the law requires first.
Vida Pressed is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 to use the app. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Because we do not hold your personal data on servers, you control it directly: you can view and remove your information on your device, sign out, or delete the app (which removes locally stored data; iCloud-synced items can be removed via your Apple ID/iCloud settings).
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states — including the rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. To make any request, contact us at the email above; we will respond as required by law and will not charge you for exercising these rights.
Where these laws apply, Debora Harrison is the data controller. Because the app does not transmit personal data to us, our processing of your data on our systems is minimal to none. You retain the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Any personal data you provide directly to us (e.g., by emailing us) is processed on the legal basis of responding to your request and is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Information stored on your device is protected by iOS security and the device Keychain. iCloud sync is encrypted by Apple. No method of storage is 100% secure, but because we do not centrally collect your data, there is no server-side database of your personal information to breach.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on our listing.
