We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed-application terms.
Some features require a paid subscription or purchase, processed through Apple In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID.
The app's content is educational only and is not medical advice. You agree to the full Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. Consult a qualified health professional before acting on any content, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it in violation of law.
The app, its content, recipes, and branding ("Vida Pressed") are owned by Debora Harrison and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debora Harrison and Vida Pressed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debora Harrison and Vida Pressed from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted by updating the effective date and providing in-app or listing notice.
